These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vestilab marketing website at vestilab.ai. They do not govern Vestilab’s products or professional services, which are provided to clients under separate Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, or product licenses.

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

2. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes Vestilab’s laboratory, the four houses (Atelier, Maison, Chevalière, and Vitrine), and the team behind them. The waitlist / access form on the site collects an email address so we can contact you about availability. Submitting the form is not a purchase, an offer, or a binding agreement of any kind.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the names Vestilab, Atelier, Maison, Chevalière, Vitrine, Pulso, Dreszi, the wordmark, the seal, copy, photography, illustrations, code, and design system — is owned by Vestilab or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or train any machine-learning model on this site or its content without express written permission from Vestilab.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach any security or authentication measure.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site or the data it contains.
• Do not submit content that is fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

5. AI-generated content

Vestilab’s products produce AI-generated outputs. None of those outputs are produced or made available through this marketing site. Any references on this site to model behavior, confidence bands, or cohort outputs are illustrative descriptions of the products themselves and are not warranties about specific results in any given engagement.

Vestilab’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
